Added Policies

 Due to the unprecedented events, we have taken steps that we hope will aid in reducing the spread and contraction of Covid-19. Our guest’s cooperation is crucial to helping prevent the spread within our facility. Failure to cooperate or disregard any of these policies is ground for a non-refundable eviction. We are a privately owned property and have the right to refuse service to anyone for whatever reason. 

We at the Southern Breeze strive to provide our guests with comfort and cleanliness, during these times it is an added responsibility to ensure sanitation and comfortability. Please read the following policies.


  • Limited Housekeeping: Housekeepers will not engage in servicing your room for the duration of your stay. You may request room service which will include a change of linens, towels, and toiletries. Instructions will be provided on how to proceed with receiving housekeeping services. 
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Bookings made after May 1st, 2020 will follow our normal cancellation policy window which is stated on our website or the booking site you booked from. We are not authorizing refunds at the property, all inquiries regarding refunds or cancellations should be forwarded to southernbreezeinn@gmail.com. Processing time for refunds during this time is 2-4 weeks.
  • In and Out Policy: All common areas are closed for congregations. We are requesting all guests/groups to maintain 6 feet of distance from others while entering the building and proceeding straight to their room. While exiting their room we request guests/groups to proceed straight to the exit of the building to prevent added congestion in the building. Any congregations and/or random wandering around the building will result in violating our COVID Policy.
  • Children under 18: We are a family-oriented property and cherish the memories our guests create with their families here. During these times we stress all children under 18 years of age be accompanied by an adult while in the facility.
  • Extra Guests and Unregistered Guests: We at the property already have a “registered guests only” policy. During these times, we are stressing this policy more to ensure our occupancy levels are under control and safe for our guests to enjoy their stay. Any non-compliance to this policy is immediate grounds for eviction without refund. If you have extra guests coming, please notify the front desk and we will try to accommodate if possible.
  • POOL: Our pool and surrounding facilities (pool deck) will be closed until further notice.

We understand these new policies are not the norm and we all must adapt to these changing circumstances. We strive to provide our guests with the best service we can and have implemented these policies to ensure safety during operation. Any violations of these policies or other verbally given by management can and will result in eviction without refund.

ON OUR END:

We will conduct periodic sanitary cleaning of all common areas atleast every 30 minutes.

Housekeeping Procedure

We understand these trying times are uncomfortable and inconvenient for all. We wish we could provide our guests with the full service we normally provide but at the moment we must think about the safety of our guests and staff.

We have implemented a Housekeeping plan that we hope will ensure our guests are taken care of. We ask for your patience and understanding while we adapt to the challenges we now face.

Housekeeping services are limited going forward:

The kitchen sets are at the front desk and will be given on a 50$ deposit. Once you bring them back clean we will reimburse you half (25$) for returning them clean. The remaining half will be a recleaning fee. We must re-clean the kitchen sets after you return them no matter what so we can ensure cleanliness.

You may leave trash and dirty linens outside of your door from 9 am-12 pm (Noon) only. We will come around and safely remove and replenish your needs. We ask that you drain all liquids before throwing in a trash bag to prevent leaking and spillage in the hallways. We will provide extra trash bags for these purposes. Please leave trash and linens outside of your door if they are BAGGED ONLY.

If you are staying for longer than 2 nights, we understand you may want and need full service. Based on availability, we will work to issue our guests with a new room after the 3rd (third) night stay. Please coordinate with the front desk regarding this.

If you would like to be issued a new room sooner than the 3rd (third) night, it is based solely on availability and will be a 50$ service fee.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we have to limit the basis of what our industry and business revolves around and that is human interaction and customer service. We hope with the cooperation of our guests we can safely maintain operation and remain open and compliant.
