• The minimum age requirement to check-in is 25.
• Reservations are to be made from 9am-9pm by phone and 24/7 through our reservations portal. 
• Our rates are based on double occupancy. Therefore, the rate will change as the number of guests increases or decreases.
• There is only ONE (1) Parking Pass per room. We simply do not have enough space.

• A deposit and a valid credit card must be on file to complete your reservation and must be present along with identification at check in.
• We require a deposit equal to one night’s stay that will be charged to your credit card upon booking, the deposit is non refundable.
• During peak periods, the deposit could be equal to 50% of the reserved stay

As we are a small hotel, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 60 days’ notice – full refund less $50.00 administration fee
• 60 days or less notice – loss of deposit.

• There is a two-night minimum stay for all holiday periods.
• For the comfort of all our guests, we do welcome families with well-behaved children, children under 12 years of age stay free with parents (if no extra bed is required).
• Evictions do not come with a refund.
• Our BAR (Best Available Rate) are special rates and therefore no other discounts or promotions apply

All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

To ensure a courteous and fair environment for all, the policy for smoking is as follows:

• No smoking in rooms. Smoking in the building is a $250 fine and/or eviction with no refund.
• You may smoke on balconies ONLY with the balcony door SHUT to prevent the breeze to bring the smoke in.
• Marijuana is NOT tolerated and will be dealt with by law enforcement and eviction.

• This property is privately run and serves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Pool is seasonal (Closed October-April)
• Non-Pet Friendly
• Pots and Pans on a deposit basis
• No visitors after 7pm. All visitors must register and be accompanied by guest at ALL times. Visitors are not permitted to using hotel facilities (pool, laundry machines, housekeeping, etc)
• QUIET HOURS: are from 9pm-9am out of respect for our other guests, please be mindful of others and notify the office if any other guests are not following policy.
• Failure to comply to any policy set, will lead to eviction
